| 摘 要： | 分析了动态联盟的复杂性，提出企业动态用联盟是一个开放的复杂系统，可以用综合集成研讨的思想解决其组织与管理问题。给出了动态联盟研讨厅体系的框架，并着重探讨了它的几个关键部分，为动态联盟的研究提供了一条新思路。

| Abstract: | The complexity of dynamic alliance was analyzed in the article. The author pointed that dynamic alliance is an open, complex system and its problem about organization and management can be settled by the thought of Hall for Workshop of Metasynthesis Engineering (HWMSE). The frame of HWMSE for virtual enterprise was proposed and some key parts were expounded. A new method was presented for the research of dynamic alliance. |
