| 摘 要： | 运动性心脏心肌收缩性的研究是运动员心脏功能研究的热点之一．本文较祥细论述了经过系统训练的人和动物，在运动负荷状态下、过度运动负荷状态和安静状态下心肌收缩性能的变化特征，生理意义和预后发展．并对其产生的生理机制进行了探讨．为更深入了解运动性心脑心肌收缩性能的变化特征提供了参考资料．

| Abstract: | Research on myocardial contractlity of athlete'heart is popular in sports physiology. This paper shows myocardial contractility changes of athletes and animal models in exercise load, over-exercise load, rest and discusses the physiologic significance and mechanism of the changes. The article also supplies new reference to make a deeper understanding in properties of myocardial contractility of athlete' heart for adapting to exercise. |
