| 摘 要： | 新教师角色转换,岗前培训是关键。通过集中系统地培训,为其做好教学准备工作和完成教师角色转换打下基础。现代教育要求教师不仅要有必备的专业知识和专业技能,更要有情感技能。教师的控制自我情绪的方式,对自己和他人的情感的感觉和理解都是教师与人交流中需要重视的一个方面。因此,开发与培养情感智能将成为新教师培训的关注点。

| Abstract: | It's the key point for a new teacher to have training which is focused on role transformation before taking up a new job.Centralized and systematic training will lay a good foundation for their future work.The modern education requires teachers not only know how to obtain essential professional knowledge and technical ability but also how to control their emotinos.The ways of teachers control their mood and the understanding to their own feelings and other people should be emphasized while they communicate with people.So,tapping and training emotional intellectual ability will become the central issue on new teachers'training. |
