摘    要:在教师专业发展中,教师道德须从传统的职业道德向专业道德转换.教师专业道德蕴涵着教师的专业责任、道德品性和专业精神.教师的专业责任是一种规约下的承诺,教师以承诺规范自己并逐渐形成专业责任感;教师的道德品性是教师个体对道德的理解与诠释,通过实践活动中的道德行为体现出来;教师的专业精神以自律为核心,推动着教师的专业发展与成长.

Abstract:In the teacher's professional tide, teachers' morality needs to be converted to the professional morality from the traditional occupational morality. The teachers' professional morality includes teachers' professional responsibility, the moral character and professional spirit. Teachers' professional responsibility is the acceptance of stipulation, and teachers grow up their sense of responsibility by criterion. Teachers' moral character shows the moral comprehension of each teacher and their moral behavior. Self-discipline is the core of teachers' professional spirit, and it can be the motive of teacher's professional development.
