| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO带来了公共部门管理理念、管理制度和管理方式的挑战.相应地,公共事业管理专业课程体系应突出整体优化,体现素质教育和专业教育的有机结合,专业基本理论、基础知识和基本技能的有机结合,专业知识和非专业多学科知识的有机结合,以培养出一批懂WTO规则的公共管理人才,适应经济和社会发展的需求.

| Abstract: | China s joining WTO has brought about challenges in ideas,systems,and patterns for(managing) public sectors.Accordingly,the major of public services management should be characterized by integral optimization,the organic blend of quality-oriented education and speciality-oriented education,the organic blend of basic theory,basic knowledge and basic skills,the organic blend of special knowledge and interdisciplinary knowledge. |
