| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the status quo of commercial Internet bars in Dalian City,it is pointed out that the huge crowd provides a basis for the existence of these bars.The construction of network culture in Dalian needs to be strengthened,thus a healthy and orderly development of the Internet culture can be promoted fundamentally. |
