| 摘 要： | 描述了高校师德建设中偏离"以师为本"的种种表现,分析了"以师为本"的必要性,并提出了"以师为本"的师德建设路径,认为科学发展观之于高校师德建设要"以师为本",要以教师为前提、以教师为动力、以教师为目的。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the deviations of the "faculty-oriented" concept in the construction of the colleges and universities' faculties' morality,emphasizes its importance and also brings forward the ways for constructing faculties' morality based on "faculty-oriented" concept.It suggests that the construction of colleges and universities faculties' morality in the vision of scientific development based on "faculty-oriented" concept,should regard the faculties as the prerequisite,a driving force,and also as a purpose. |
