| 摘 要： | 高校外事是一个我们既熟悉又陌生的词汇,它绝不只限于接来送往,它是高校快速发展的重要途径之一,有着丰富的内涵。做好高校外事工作,发挥其在促进高校和地方经济发展中的作用,首先要提高对高校外事工作的认识,明确新时期高校外事工作的意义、作用和所面临的形势与任务,要给予高校外事工作准确的定位和应有的地位,采取规范统一管理、加强制度建设和队伍建设等措施,切实做好高校外事工作。
