摘    要:采用现行强化喷丸设备对预制样件进行处理,用X射线应力分析仪检测渗碳淬火及渗碳淬火+强化喷丸表面残余应力。结果表明,强化喷丸可大幅提高20Cr2Ni4A材料渗碳淬火表面的残余应力,通过调整喷丸工艺参数,可实现不同的表面压应力值。

Abstract:The equipment of strengthening shot blasting can be used to deal with the prefabricated components and X ray stress analyzer can check the surface residual stress after earburizing and quenching. It shows that the strengthening shot blast can improve greatly the residual stress of 20Cr2Ni4A. Adjusting the parameter of shol blast can get different stress values.
