| 摘 要： | 高职室内设计技术专业是要求职业综合能力很高的一个专业,既要求专业从业人员要达到国家住房建设部制定的建筑室内装饰装修行业的相关技术标准及规定,更要求具有专业知识和专业技能之外的涵盖于方法能力、自我能力、应用能力与社会能力之内的职业核心能力,以求更好适应行业职业的发展需要,据此展开对本专业人员职业核心能力的内涵构成、养成的必要性及如何养成方面进行研究,深入探索全面提升养成学生职业核心能力的途径。

| Abstract: | The major of interior design not only requires practitioners reaching the technical standards and rules of indoor decoration industry made by the Ministry of Housing Development of China, but demands them having the different vocation- al core capabilites. The paper did a research on the connotation organization, necessity and ways on how to develop and im- prove students＇ vocational core capability. |
