| 摘 要： | 针对当前高职院校师德建设中存在的人生观和价值观扭曲、爱岗敬业意识淡薄、学术道德失范、不能做到为人师表等问题的分析,指出加强与改进高职院校师德师风建设要从加强理论学习,提高信念、优化环境、强化制度建设等方面入手,进而改变高职院校是的的整体现状,有利于学生培养质量的提高。

| Abstract: | The article analyzed some problems existing in the construction of teachers＇ ethics in vocational colleges such as distorted views of life, faint conception of dedication, nonstandard academic morality and no paragon for others. Strengthening theoretical learning, improving beliefs, optimizing environment and consolidating the system constuetion are good ways to im- prove the construction of teachers＇ ethics so that the integral current situation of teachers＇ ethics in vocational colleges and the quality of students can be improved. |
