| 摘 要： | 人文素质教育是相对于单纯的科技教育而提出的。它对实现教育目标、促进人的全面发展具有十分重要的意义。但由于教育活动中缺失学生主体性，人文素质教育实效性受到局限，影响着人文素质教育的发展。因此，高校人文素质教育为提高实效性，应从尊重学生的主体地位开始，以最大限度发挥学生主体潜能为目标，以人文精神含量为最终评价标准。
