| 摘 要： | 大学生参与图书馆管理是对高校图书馆传统办馆模式的创新。图书馆大学生管理委员会是由在校大学生组成、代表广大读者参与图书馆管理与服务工作的学生组织,可以培养学生自我教育、自我服务、自我管理、自我实践和自我监督的能力,提高大学生的综合素质,从而开创图书馆与读者＂共建、共管＂的新局面。引入读者参与图书馆管理、建立图书馆大学生管理委员会,已经成为越来越多高校图书馆的共识。
