| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆作为高校培养人才的重要机构，需要时刻围绕高校发展的方向调整目标。高校图书馆应该引入质量管理原则，构建文献资源建设的管理体系，通过基于事实的决策方法建立量化的文献资源建设指标体系，并对整个过程进行目标管理和控制，最终实现文献资源建设的不断改进，达到优化馆藏文献结构的目标．进而提升图书馆馆藏质罱和服务水平。
