| 摘 要： | 民国时期,我国正处于从近代社会向现代社会转型蜕变的重要阶段,政治风云变幻,思想文化激荡,内忧外患迭起。图书馆顺应社会潮流,及时调整使命,政治与文化并重,具体表现在实行党化教育、宣传进步思想、启发民智、激发抗日爱国情怀、介绍学术、保存国粹等方面。
