| Abstract: | The paper discusses the development of the work of Library Academy from five aspects, including the establishment of academic reputation, a tenet of being benefit to the cause and to the members of the academy, establishment of encouragement system so as to form an academic environment, man-oriented and democratic way of running the academy, and standardized management. They are helpful for improving the work of Library Academy. |
