| 摘 要： | 基于对销齿传动中的外摆线齿轮齿廓的分析，文章给出了求解齿廓上关键点的数学关系，并结合SINUMERIK 840D数控系统，编制出能够自行求解齿廓关键点、使用CIP圆弧逼近、可以软切入切出的子程序。

| Abstract: | Based on analysis of the tooth profile of out-cycloid gear in the pin-gear drive, the arithmetic relationship solving key-points on the tooth profile is suggested by the article. And in combination with CNC system SINUMERIK 840D, a subprogram which can solve the key-points on the gear profile automatic, with CIP circular interpolation, soft approach and retraction is programmed. |
