| Abstract: | Risk investment is an output of American financial innovation served as a special pattern of capital operation． It is beneficial to the development of high－tech which contributes a lot to American economic growth． Based on the exploration of the features and experiences of American risk investment relating it with the factual situation of China the author discusses the enlightenment on the development of Chinese risk investment in this article． |
