教育叙事研究在中小学骨干教师培训中的实践探索

摘    要:教育叙事研究是一种质的研究,是研究者通过描述个体教育生活,搜集和讲述个体教育故事,在解构重构教育叙事材料过程中对个体行为和经验建构获得解释性理解的一种活动。在中小学骨干教师培训中正确应用教育叙事研究有重要的意义,具体运用过程包括:确定主题阶段;研究资料阶段;叙事、倾听阶段;撰写报告阶段;具体应用阶段。
