| Abstract: | Based on the questionnaire survey,this study explored the current situation of grasping the body shaping courses of college students in order to arrange the curriculum content properly,improve the comprehensive ability of college students,and facilitate students to form the healthy and elegant body shape,therefore achieving the higher level of the aesthetic through the combination of aesthetic education and sports. |
