| 摘 要： | 体育公共服务改革离不开大的社会背景，从社会各子系统的变迁中可以发现我国体育公共服务改革的动因。经济发展、社会进步为我国体育公共服务改革提供了物质基础，政治昌明、法制不断完善是我国体育公共服务改革的保障，体育事业的繁荣是我国体育公共服务改革的内在动因，其他领域的公共服务改革实践为我国体育公共服务提供了借鉴。

| Abstract: | The sports public service reform can＇t do without the social background. The motivation of the sports public service reform in China can be found in the subsystems of the great social changes. The economic development and social progress in China provide material basis for the sports public service reform. The flourishing political system in China today and the constantly perfect laws are the security of the sports public service reform. The prosperity of the sports undertakings is the intrinsic motivation of the sports public service reform. The practice of the sports public service reform in other field provide references for the sports public service in China. |
