| 摘 要： | 在“以人为本,健康第一”的指导思想下,以活动理论观为逻辑起点,运用文献资料调研、逻辑推理等方法,构建普通高校体育教学内容的“主体项目”心理评价指标体系,即尽情发挥的心理体验和尽情享受的心理体验两个层次12项子指标,从快乐心理体验角度优化和评估项目群体。

| Abstract: | Under the guidance of people oriented and health first,based on logic of activity theory and using the method of literature and logic reasoning,this paper constructed an psychological evaluation index system of main program of physical education teaching content,that was fully enjoy and exert the psychological experience.From the angle of enjoyable psychological experience,the event groups was evaluated and optimized. |
