| 摘 要： | 户籍管理制度是中国最具特色的社会制度之一,从春秋战国的萌芽出现至秦代正式建立,其形成和发展经历了两千多年漫长的历史过程,对中国传统社会的政治、经济、文化的历史发展变迁所起的作用是无可替代的。直至今日,在我国社会主义事业发展进程中户籍管制仍然是政府对整个社会的一项重要的管理制度。我国现行的户籍制度是在新中国成立以后逐渐形成的一套户口管理制度。它在个人身份证明、维护社会稳定、辅助经济建设等方面起过重要的作用。但实际上由此形成的城乡壁垒森严的二元户口制度以及城市—农村二元社会结构,随着时间的推移和社会的发展进步,特别是具有中国特色的社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善,其局限性日渐突出,并引发了一系列的社会问题。现如今,户籍及其相关制度的改革已备受关注。
