美国教师领导教育研究综述

摘    要:教师领导教育自20世纪80年代在美国兴起,就引起了研究者的广泛关注。到目前为止,美国有关教师领导教育的研究已经取得丰硕成果,主要集中于教师领导教育兴起及发展的原因、教师领导的界定、教师领导者应当具备的品质及能力、影响教师领导力发挥的因素、教师成为领导者的意义、教师领导力的培养等几个方面。

Abstract:The concept of American education under teachers' leadership since its rising in the 1980s,has won scholars' wide concern.So far,prominent results of studies on it have been accomplished in terms of reasons of its rising and developing,definitions on teachers' leadership,qualifications for leadership,influences on leadership,significance of leadership and cultivation of leadership.
