| 摘 要： | 教师领导教育自20世纪80年代在美国兴起,就引起了研究者的广泛关注。到目前为止,美国有关教师领导教育的研究已经取得丰硕成果,主要集中于教师领导教育兴起及发展的原因、教师领导的界定、教师领导者应当具备的品质及能力、影响教师领导力发挥的因素、教师成为领导者的意义、教师领导力的培养等几个方面。
