| 摘 要： | 1906年(清)创办的黑龙江图书馆,成为百年来黑龙江图书馆事业发展的重要基础,在我国近代图书馆史中应该有其重要地位。但在相当长的时间里被图书馆史研究者们误读或忽略。历经百年(,清)黑龙江图书馆演变成了齐齐哈尔市图书馆。本文论述了(清)黑龙江图书馆事业的起源及相关问题,并以此纪念齐齐哈尔市图书馆建馆100周年。

| Abstract: | Heilongjiang Library originally founded in 1906 of Qing dynasty, was thought the symbol which became the important foundation for hundred year Heilongjiang Library enterprise. It should have its important status in our country library history modern times. But the fact has been read by mistake by the library history researchers or even be neglected quite long time, Has been through repeatedly for hundred years, the Heilongjiang Library of Qing dynasty has been evolved Qiqihar Library. This paper elaborated the origin of Heilongjiang library enterprise of Qing dynasty and the correlation question, and commemorated the Qiqihar Library by this to construct the hall 100th anniversary, |
