| 摘 要： | 吸收能力作为获取、吸收和利用外部知识和资源的重要能力,在以往的研究中,几乎涉及管理理论的各个部分.在中国现阶段的发展状况下,我国企业的自主创新匮乏,主要通过合作和模仿来实现创新.但是,要提高企业竞争力,获得并保持竞争优势,仅通过合作和模仿不是长久之计.基于动态能力理论,研究在我国的市场环境下,企业吸收能力与创新模式之间的关系,认为现实吸收能力强的企业倾向于选择自主创新,而潜在吸收能力强的企业倾向于选择合作创新或者模仿创新.

| Abstract: | In the past research,as an important capability to acquire,absorb and use outside knowledge and resources,absorptive capability involved to nearly every part of management theories.In today's development situation of China,self-innovation of Chinese companies Was quite not enough,while innovation was mainly realized by cooperation and simulation.However,if we want to improve companies'competitive strength and maintain competitive advantage,cooperation and simulation are not appropriate way for long.So,analyzing the influence factors which determine corporate'self-innovation behaviors is of great significance.In this paper,we research about the relationship between absorptive capability and innovation patterns in Chinese market environment based on dynamic capability theory,and conclude that companies'whose realized absorptive capability is better prefer to self-innovation,while preferring to cooperative or simulative innovation if potential absorptive capability is better. |
