| 摘 要： | 现在高校全面开始的“两课”已将原《思想道德修养》与《法律基础》课合并为《思想道德修养与法律基础》，这样《思想道德修养与法律基础》就承担着非法律专业大学生法治观教育的主渠道作用。由于各种原因当代大学生法律意识淡薄，因此必须大力加强大学生法律知识教学，为此高校应改革当前的《思想道德修养与法律基础》课教学模式。

| Abstract: | Now the universities start comprehensively on merging the two courses: Thought Morality Tutelage with Legal Basis into Thought Morality Tutelage and Legal Foundation ,so the lesson undertakes law teaching for the non-legal major students. However, because the university students' law consciousness is weaker, the law knowledge teaching should be strengthened strongly for them, at the same time, the universities should also reform teaching mode for the course of Thought Morality Tutelage and Legal Foundation. |
