| 摘 要： | 社会现代化是全面的现代化，社会发展必然要求人的现代化。实现人的现代化，全面提高人的素质，要求高等教育必须进行改革。其中，转变观念是先导，体制改革是关键，教学改革是核心，提高教学质量是目的。
