| 摘 要： | 根据当代图书馆员“快乐指数”研究课题所发放调查问卷中的基本信息、快乐指数、工作满意度、组织 承诺和快乐时间历程5个部分，全面记述该研究的所有内容。并从理论基础、研究步骤、研究内容、对策分析等角 度，对当代图书馆员的快乐感受进行全面分析，力图真实、全面地反映当代图书馆员的快乐感受状况。

| Abstract: | Based on the sample information of happiness-index project, this report fully discusses the investigation results, including happinessindex, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and happiness in different periods, and analyzes the librarians happiness-index in China from the angles of theories, methods, samples, and consequences, so as to truly and comprehensively show the situation of happiness feeling of librarians. |
