| Abstract: | The paper discusses the application of the best optimization teaching theory and from the overall aspects tries to design the teaching task of volleyball universal education in colleges and universities, its textbooks compiling, students ability fostering and examinations content and form. So the paper tries to get proper teaching plan for volleyball universal education. |
