| 摘 要： | 失业是当今世界困扰着发展中国家最严重的问题之一。我国在向市场经济转轨过程中 ,也出现了比较严重的失业问题 ,城镇失业、下岗人数上千万 ,农村剩余劳动力上亿人。我国失业问题的产生有其历史和现实的原因 ,失业问题能否解决好关系到改革能否深化、经济能否发展、社会能否稳定。因此 ,我们要采取一系列积极的对策 ,解决我国这一跨世纪的难题 ,保证我国经济、社会健康发展

| Abstract: | Unemployment is one of the most serious problems which disturbed the developing countries in the course of our country turning the market econmy,there are also some serious questions on unemployment .Such as the population of unemployment,it has reached millions upon millions in cities and towns.The rest labor in country side is about 100 million.This phenomenon has its own historical and realistic reasons.Whether we can solve these problems successfully is related to the deepening reform,the development of econmy and the safety of our society.So we must take a series of active measures to solve the problems in the early 21st century,and we will ensure the development of our economy and society success. |
