职业教育价值取向的理想性和实践性

摘    要:职业教育价值取向存在着理想和实践的分野,职业教育的“教育”本质决定了其价值取向的应然状态,要求职业教育追求教育公平、拓展知识价值、实现人的全面而自由发展;职业教育的“职业”特性决定了其价值取向的实然状态,指明了职业教育价值取向的现实来源、检验标准和发展路径.在职业教育价值取向不断解构和建构过程中,需要以追寻理想来加强价值取向的导向作用,以立足实践去区分价值取向的层次和发展阶段,不断实现理想价值取向与实践价值取向的统一.

Abstract:The value orientation of vocational education has distinction between ideality and practicality.The "educational" essence of vocational education determines the ideal state of its value orientation,which requires vocational education to pursue educational equity,expand knowledge value and realize people’s all-round and free development;while the "occupational" characteristics determine the practical state and show clearly the practical source,inspection standards and development path of the value orientation of vocational education.In the constant deconstruction and construction process,it is necessary to pursue the ideal to guide the value orientation,to distinguish the level and development stage of value orientation based on practice,and to realize the integration between the ideality and practicality.
