| 摘 要： | 重庆作为国家统筹城乡教育综合改革试验区,正在全面致力于实施城乡教育统筹发展,其重点是农村教育改革和发展,而关键在于农村教师的专业发展。渝东南是重庆市唯一的民族自治地区,关系到重庆市"一体两翼"区域发展战略和民族地区振兴,这离不开城乡教育统筹发展的综合改革,迫切需要充分关注该地区农村教师的专业发展。研究立足城乡教育统筹的宏观背景和视角,对渝东南民族地区农村教师在专业人格、专业知识、专业能力、政策保障和继续教育等方面进行了问卷调查和实地访谈,研究揭示了渝东南民族地区农村教师专业发展的基本现状和诸多现实问题,并进行了相应的分析讨论,对促进西部民族地区农村教师专业发展和城乡教育统筹有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Plans the city and countryside education comprehensive reform pilot area as the country,Chongqing is devoting comprehensively in implements the city and countryside education overall plan development,its key point is the rural education reforms and develops,but the key lies in the countryside teacher’s career development.Southeast Chongqing is Chongqing only national autonomy area,relates Chongqing "a body two wing" the area development strategy and the multi-national area promotion,this cannot leave the city and countryside education overall plan development the comprehensive reform,urgent needs to pay attention to this local countryside teacher’s career development fully.This research foothold city and countryside education overall plan’s macroscopic background and the angle of view,to Chongqing southeast the multi-national area countryside teacher in specialized aspects and so on personality,specialized knowledge,specialized ability,policy safeguard and continuing education have carried on the questionnaire survey and the interview,the research have promulgated southeast on the spot Chongqing the multi-national area countryside teacher career development basic present situation and many realistic questions,and has carried on the corresponding analysis discussion,to promotes the western multi-national area countryside teacher career development and the city and countryside education overall plan has certain reference value. |
