试论促进实习支教学生的经验性学习

摘    要:师范生实习支教是一种经验性学习,这种经验性学习具有教育性特征。实习支教学生的经验性学习受到内外部条件的影响,可以从三个方面促进实习支教学生的经验性学习:让学生明确实习支教的目标,为支教学生提供一定的初始帮助和实习过程中的专业指导,努力确保学生能够真正对经验与理论的关系进行反思。

Abstract:Normal students′ teaching practice is a kind of experiential learning with educational characteristics.The experiential learning of students in teaching practice are influenced by internal and external factors and can be promoted in three aspects:clarify the goal of students′ teaching practice,provide some initial help and professional guidance in the training process and ensure that students can really reflect the relationship between theory and experience.
