| 摘 要： | 高等教育国际化是指为了服务于知识文化和政治经济等多个目的,高等学校在知识普遍性的内在动力和政治经济文化的外在动力的推动下,其内部国际性特质通过各要素的活动显现出来的过程。高等教育国际化不等于全球化,更不是高等教育"全盘西化"。高等教育国际化对培养创新人才具有特殊的作用。转变观念、建立机制、进入过程和改善条件是加快高等教育国际化进程,培养创新人才的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Internationalization of higher education means propelled by politics,economy,culture and universality of knowledge,international specialties of higher education institutes appear through activities.Internationalization of higher education is not equal to globalization,even not the inclination of westernizing the whole Chinese culture.Internationalization of higher education has special effects on cultivating of innovative talents.Changing ideas,constructing system,entering process and improving condition are important for speeding up the internationalization of higher education and cultivating innovative talents. |
