| 摘 要： | 我国公共文化产品供给存在一些问题,如由于公共部门垄断,纯公共文化产品供给总量不足、供给效率低下;市场准入壁垒导致准公共文化产品资金来源单一、寻租现象普遍、公共福利损失等。政府有必要依据纯度对公共文化产品进行分类,从而确定不同公共文化产品的供给方式。纯公共文化产品应由政府供给,要加强政府投入、增加供给数量;对准公共文化产品的供给则要加强监管,做到政府监管与市场供给相结合。
