| 摘 要： | 针对人们在素质教育与德育的关系上存在种种误区，认为在二者关系上应主要把握四个方面：德育天然是素质教育，而且德育在素质教育中处于核心地位；素质教育为德育工作提供了前所未有的新契机；德育功能开发在素质教育中具有着无穷的潜力；必须按照素质教育的要求改进德育工作。
