| 摘 要： | 近年来江苏、浙江通过采取有力措施，节能减排工作取得了明显成效。借鉴两省的经验，为做好节能减排工作，需要开展形式多样的节能减排宣传教育活动，促进全社会节能减排意识的提高；要加强制度建设，加快调整优化产业结构，重视用经济手段，完善政府考核方式，因地制宜区别对待，根据各地不同情况推动节能减排任务的完成。
