| 摘 要： | 高校档案集教育、科研、管理于一体,是高等学校的一个重要组成部分。但由于高校档案管理工作长期得不到重视,因而在档案认识上出现了较多误区:即文件、资料等于档案;重管轻用;人人都可成为档案管理者。我们必须尽快走出误区,重视档案管理工作,以适应新时期高校档案工作发展的需要,更好地为高校的改革发展服务。
