| 摘 要： | 伴随着这些工资体制改革，事业机关单位职工工资水平稳定增长，但也出现了不同经济类型间、地区间、行业间、单位间职工工资差距逐步拉大的现象，并由此产生了新的收入分配矛盾，成为社会经济生活中的一个突出问题。所以，应调整工资管理体制，健全工资增长机制，加强对机关事业单位工资分配的调控力度，加快推进“福利工资化、工资货币化、发放规范化”的进程，将工资外收入逐步纳入宏观调控的轨道。
