实现基础教育公平与构建和谐社会

摘    要:构建和谐社会,首先要推进社会公平。教育公平尤其是基础教育公平作为社会公平的重要组成部分,在构建和谐社会中具有不可替代的推动作用。然而目前我国基础教育公平状况不容乐观,教育权利、教育起点、教育过程、教育结果的不公现象尤为突出,已成为和谐社会构建中的梗阻。因此要实现教育公平,构建和谐社会就需树立教育权是不可剥夺的人权观念,完善相关政策制度,保护弱势群体的受教育权,加大投入,合理配置,改革教育系统自身。

Abstract:Building up a harmonious society,the first step is promoting social equity.Educational equity especially elementary education equity,which is an important part of social equity as an important impulsive part of establishing a harmonious social,cannot be replaced.However,elementary education is inequity at present,such as inequity of receiving educational right,educational starting point,educational process and educational result.So achieving educational equity and buliding up a harmonious society need fostering an idea that educational right is a human right which cannot be deprived,perfecting correlative policy system,protecting weak puissance group,increasing investments,disposing reasonable and reforming educational system itself.
