| 摘 要： | “幸福”已成为当今时代的主题词,怎样去衡量人的幸福水平,对幸福感进行量化,是大家关注的重点.本研究从高校教师的幸福现状出发,阐明了提高高校教师幸福指数的意义,分析了影响高校教师幸福感的因素,最后提出了提高高校教师幸福指数的措施.

| Abstract: | ＂Happiness＂ has become the keyword of the present era, how to measure the level of happiness, to quantify happiness, is the focus of everyone＇s attention. In this study,starting from the happiness status of university teachers, clarifying the meaning of raising university teachers＇ happiness index,anglicizing the factors that affect the happiness of university teachers, and proposing measures to improve the happiness index of university teachers. |
