喀什地区少数民族学前双语师资现状及发展思路研究

摘    要:在实施学前双语教育活动中,教师就是幼儿学习的支持者、合作者、引导者。通过抽样调查的形式,从少数民族学前教师的汉语能力、专业素质。教学能力考察喀什地区少数民族学前双语师资的现状,对如何有效提高少数民族学前双语师资水平进行深入的思考并提出相应的建议。

Abstract:Activities in the implementation of bilingual education,the teacher learning is the child care supporter, the collaborator,the guide.In this paper,In the implementation of bilingual education,a sample suney on the Chinese level,professional qualities,teaching ability of the minonty bilingual pre-school teachers in kashgar was made,The measures about improving the level of bilingual pre-school teachers effectively wese put forward at last.
