| 摘 要： | 宿舍关系是大学生活中最基本也是最重要的人际关系,良好的宿舍关系不仅给大学生提供了一个良好的生活环境,更为大学生学习科学文化知识、形成健康的人格、树立正确的思想道德观念提供了可靠的保障。作为大学新生,要处理好宿舍同学之间的关系就应做到:平等待人、相互尊重;真诚相待、以心交心;宽容待人、求同存异;主动热情、互帮互助;主动交流、积极沟通。

| Abstract: | The interrelationship between roommates is the most fundamental and also the most important interrelationship for college students.A good interrelationship between roommates provides not only a comfortable living environment for the college students,but also a guarantee for them to study,to develop the healthy personality,to form the right moral values.As freshmen,to get along well with their roommates,they should: treat others equally and respect each other;be sincere to others;be forgivable;seek common ground while accepting the existing difference;be warm-hearted and helpful;be willing and voluntary to communicate. |
