摘    要:随着市场经济的避步建立,企业之间的竞争也日趋激烈。企业之间的竞争即是人才的竞争,人才匮乏的企业不可能获得长远发展,为了迎接知识经济的挑战,必须离度重视人才的重要作用,构筑人才资源的高地。

Abstract:With the gradual establishment of market economy the competition between enterprises is getting sharper and sharper. The competition between enterprises in essence is the competition of talents ,and the enterprises in lack of talents will sure fail in lasting development. To meet the challenge of knowledge economy, we must attach the importance to the talent's function and building a platform of talent resources.
