| 摘 要： | 根据心理学的有关知识提出了在体育教学中运用体育手段对学生进行心理健康教育要做到：注意培养学生的自我调控、承受挫折、适应环境的能力；根据学生心理发展特点和身心发展规律针对性地进行心理健康教育；关注个别差异，根据不同学生的不同需要采取不同的运动项目。最后提出体育教师在进行心理健康教育时应注意的问题。
