| 摘 要： | 用全自动尿沉渣分析仪(UF-100)及DiaSys R/S 2003尿液分析系统检测学生体育课前后尿液中的有形成份,男生运动1h后尿液中红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、管型(CAST)、上皮细胞(EC)极显著增高,休息1h后RBC、WBC、CAST、EC增高仍有极显著意义.女生运动1h后仅CAST极显著增高,运动1h后及休息1h后RBC、WBC、EC无显著变化.33名学生运动1h后尿液中病理管型(P.CAST)和小圆上皮细胞(SRC)极显著增高,结晶(X'TAL)和蛋白质(PRO)显著增高,休息1h后P.CAST和PRO极显著增高,X'TAL显著增高,SRC增高无显著意义.

| Abstract: | By means of automatic instrument for analyzing the urine sediments (UF-100)and DiaSys R/S2003systemic workshop of Urine Analysis to detect the students'urine formed elements before or /and after physical education classes,it is found that RBC,WBC CAST in the boy students'urine after lh exercise have increased remarkably.After lh rest,the increase of RBC,WBC and CAST still have a great significance.BC grow in great number.Girl students' urine CAST increased remarkably after l h exercise,RBC,WBC and EC after lh exercise and lh rest do not increase remarkabl y and CAST after lh rest do not change greatly.33students' urine P.CAST and SRC increase remarkably after lh exexrcise and X' TAS and PRO increase greatly.P.CAST and PRO grow in great number after lh rest,X' TAL and PRO increase greatly.P.CAST and PRO grow in great number after lh rest,X' TAL increases greatly.SRC increase does not have great significance. |
