| Abstract: | In dealing with the lawsuit of a criminal case, to role out evidences collected through unlawful channels is a natural requirement that makes the lawsuit procedure more democratic. We must forsake idealized hypothesis as to make practical regulations of rolling out unlawful evidences in accordance with the lawsuit system in the first phase of socialism. |
