| 摘 要： | 从对高校体育教师实施绩效考核的必要性出发进行分析,指出目前高校体育教师绩效考核中普遍存在的问题,进而从提高认识,构建高绩效部门文化、明确绩效考核目标、制定科学的绩效考核体系以及充分利用考核结果等四方面提出构建高校体育教师绩效考核系统的建议和对策.
