| 摘 要： | 自黄宗羲晚年起,直到现当代,学术界人都质疑黄氏的遗民身份。综述有关意见,认为这些质疑者都不了解黄氏的思想高度,因为黄氏正是由明代的皇权专制制度,追溯到先秦时代的君民关系的起源,从而明确指出秦汉以迄明清的皇权制度,完全颠倒了君民关系,因而产生了种种悲剧,使君民俱受其害。黄氏综合中国历史的正反经验,提出＂天下为主君为客＂的口号,形成了中国特色的民主理论。

| Abstract: | Since Huang Zong-xi＇s old age,academic circles have all questioned his identity of adherents of the former dynasty. The paper thinks those people who question him don＇t understand his high level of thought,because Huang Zong-xi is the origin from imperial power dictatorial system of the Ming Dynasty to relations between the king and the people of the Pre-Qin period,and definitely holds the view that the imperial power dictatorial system from the Pre-Qin period to the Ming and Qing Dynasties turns upside down relations between the king and the people,so various tragedies result in,which makes the king and the people all suffer injury. Huang Zong-xi sums up positive and negative experiences of Chinese history,puts forwards the slogan of ＂the world is the subject and the king is the object＂ ,forming the democracy theory with Chinese characteristics. |
